When I first met the sellers of this 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo at 2388 Khalsa Gate, Oakville, they weren’t in a rush to sign anything.

Instead, they told me about a past experience they had with an agent when renting out the property. It didn’t go well - and because of that, this time, they wanted to do things differently.

After the offer came in, the buyer did their inspection.

Two small issues came up.

At the same time, the sellers were about to leave for the U.S. for a week.

They were worried:

  • Would this delay the deal?
  • Would it fall apart?

I told them not to worry.

That same day, we coordinated contractors and HVAC technicians.

By the next day, everything was fixed and documented.

No delays. No stress. No surprises.


What Stayed With Me

After everything was done, the sellers said something simple:
