We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to join our team. This role is integral to supporting our executive leadership and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our office.
Position Overview
As an Executive Assistant, you will provide comprehensive administrative support to our executive team, managing a wide range of tasks to facilitate efficient operations. The ideal candidate is proactive, resourceful, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Handle phone calls and emails professionally and efficiently.
- Manage executive calendars, including scheduling meetings and appointments.
- Coordinate property showings and prepare detailed itineraries.
- Manage transaction paperwork from contract to close.
- Prepare pre-listing packages and Comparative Market Analyses (CMAs).
- Draft, review, and manage listing agreements, offers, amendments, and Notices of Fulfillment (NOF).
- Upload listings to relevant platforms.
- Follow up on showings and provide sellers with updates.
- Oversee day-to-day office operations.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with office management systems and document tools like DocuSign.
- Familiarity with CRM systems, BrokerBay, MLS systems, and WebForms.
- Knowledge of real estate processes and transaction management.
- Experience with platforms like Follow Up Boss and Canva is an asset.
- Previous experience in a real estate office or front desk role is preferred.

We are seeking licensed real estate agents who meet the following qualifications:
- Experience: A minimum of 3 years as a licensed real estate agent.
- Track Record: At least 5 buyer and 5 listing deals per year for the past 2 years.
- Growth Mindset: A willingness to grow with The Fisher Group and embrace professional development.
- Ambition: A desire to double or triple production in 2025 by utilizing our proven systems and support.
